Hi there - I’m a Coherent Leadership Guide supporting leaders, creatives and teams to navigate challenge with clarity and create from their deepest truth.
I’m known for perceiving the deeper patterns that shape behaviour; the unseen dynamics, emotional undercurrents and the truth that leaders often can’t yet articulate.
Through a blend of somatics, emotional intelligence, energetic awareness and intentional action, I support individuals and organisations to bring their system - whether personal or collective - into coherence, so they can stay grounded, clear and able to create from alignment, no matter the circumstance.
