As a Certified Master Coach, trained Contemporary Dancer and Trauma-Informed Somatic Facilitator, Leilah is an embodiment expert dedicated to the art of returning to the body and living in alignment with our natural rhythm.
After countless moments of crises - of existential, mental, emotional and physical - Leilah has become adept at navigating the stresses that arise from major life transitions, and transforming the struggle into embodied grace, resilience and abundance.
She shares this wisdom with her clients through one-on-one coaching, speaking and writing on what it means to be Human, in this exponentially changing, contemporary world.
